These terms cover bookings made directly through this website. Bookings made through a travel agent or an online travel agency are governed by that company's terms.
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation number. Until then the room is held, not reserved.
Rates are quoted in Thai Baht and include government tax and service charge unless stated otherwise at the time of booking. Your card issuer may apply its own currency conversion.
Check-in and check-out times, occupancy limits, and any age restrictions are shown with each room and apply as stated.
We may cancel a booking where payment is not completed, where the details given are materially incorrect, or where the room becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control. In that case any amount already paid is refunded in full.
