The cancellation terms that apply to your stay depend on the rate you choose, and they are shown clearly before you pay — including the date up to which you may cancel free of charge and any amount retained after it.
Flexible rates may be cancelled without charge up to the stated deadline. Non-refundable rates are cheaper because they cannot be cancelled or changed; that is stated on the rate before you select it.
To cancel or change a booking, contact us with your confirmation number. A cancellation takes effect from the time we receive it.
Approved refunds are returned to the card used for the booking. The time it takes to appear on your statement is set by your bank, not by us.
A guest who does not arrive and has not cancelled is treated as a no-show, and the terms of the rate booked apply.
